2. Alimentos Procesados ​​del Centro S.A. de C.V. undertakes to provide 4 physical spaces in its facilities with all material resources, chairs, desks, telephone lines, computers and Internet connections that will be used by Asesores Asociados S.C. for the fulfillment of the tasks of this project.
3. Asesores Asociados S.C. undertakes to complete the development of the Intranet in a period not exceeding 50 calendar days.
4. In the event of non-compliance, Alimentos Procesados ​​del Centro S.A. de C.V. you are released from performing any type of payment and acquires the property rights over the elements developed so far as part of this draft.
