The excuse letter Its function is to communicate to the interested party (individual, company or institution) the cause or causes for which it has not been possible to complete or meet a specific commitment (contract or obligation). The excuse letter has many areas of use, both business and family.
It is a letter by means of which we formally apologize for a mistake made, a carelessness, an inattention or lack of an appointment, having committed a rudeness or discourtesy, etc.
This letter serves to offer an APOLOGY. Its name comes from the English word "excuse me" which means "excuse me" and we must include a cause of the event.
