Example of a School Practice Report

East report of practices in the school, is based on the simple report, and can be addressed to both parents, superiors or authorities on which the school depends.
It must contain the data of the practices that have been carried out within the campus or outside it, and can focus on a specific subject or to all kinds of practices, both sports or extracurricular, such as those properly school or educational.
It can be extended what is considered essential and can also contain attached documents, as with traditional reports.

With the present, I inform you of the practices carried out in the last two months: "June and July" in the Chemistry department, in which the students mostly took the laboratory practices in said matter.
In these practices, the material corresponding to 452 individual practices per month has been used, 451 being used by the students and 1 used by the teacher on each occasion; giving us a total of 904.
Of all the practices, in terms of percentage, 99 percent success was obtained, which has been reflected in the results of the exams that were presented in said subject.
Also, it is convenient to clarify that the charge corresponding to 20% of the total cost of the practice was made, to the parents of said minors, because since our school is a private school, we must supply a large part of said material.
The funds collected in relation to this contribution have been fully deposited in the school's account, and corresponding copies of the receipts are attached.
The percentage of students who did not pass said practices and therefore the tests is less than 1%, which which reveals a good performance by teachers and students, as well as a good use of said material.
The lists of students, practice packages, grades and various data are attached so that they can be collated in the proper way.
