    An adequate physical condition is essential to be able to maintain the quality of life over the years. Muscle toning and the elasticity of tendons and ligaments are the product of providing the body with the correct necessary activity, on the contrary, the Sedentary lifestyle and ignorance about how each part of the body operates become over time the source of most ailments and physical conditions that afflict countless people and all this stems from the same origin: the culture and habits that we develop in dealing with our body. Educating ourselves on how we should treat our own body becomes a priority matter to be able to optimize even the performance of the daily activities, while reducing the potential risk of injury, both temporary and permanent, that may affect the motor skills and undermine the physical ability to generate, even causing damage to mental health through the manifestation of some chronic pain.

    For these reasons, consideration of the importance of physical education is common among the various educational models. in all parts of the world, through the beginning from an early age of teaching about: 1) the various exercises bodily; 2) the correct body posture that must be adopted according to the scenarios and conditions; 3) the benefits of frequent physical exercise; 4) the types of injuries that can be generated due to bad movements; and 5) the adoption of healthy habits towards the person himself to obtain a favorable quality of life.

    Since all these contributions are so essential in the integral development of the person, it is more than necessary to increase their relevance both in school and in the family, promoting a greater state of awareness about the most appropriate physical maintenance, while enabling healthy recreation and exchange between people by sharing sports activities and physical exercise, which in turn contributes towards a greater and more efficient social exchange and better emotional and psychological health in those who assume these habits.

    But not everything is as simple as putting on comfortable clothes and starting to move, and for this reason physical education has as its main objective to provide people with the necessary knowledge and state-of-the-art, on the best options to exercise according to each case and type of physical activity, since poorly executed muscle and bone work can end in painful consequences.

    From the simplest facts such as performing warm-up exercises and stretching prior to any type of exercise, to the correct guidance on how to perform each of movements and efforts, professional technical guidance by a specialized physical trainer depending on the sport, has become a priority fact that has led to the minimization of the risks of suffering injuries, as long as the indications are duly followed, which is why even in multi-strength gyms, the services always include accompaniment of a trainer until the person has developed full control of their exercise routines, also designed professionally and according to the particular conditions of each one.

    Physical condition for longevity

    Adopting healthy habits to be able to keep exercising the body throughout life is a condition that is generally assumed by athletes, but it is in an adequate physical education shared at home that it is possible to train children so that they assume from an early age the how important it is to your own general health to learn how to properly manage your own body, thus increasing the possibility of have a longer life, reaching adulthood and old age with much more advantageous conditions that allow them to maintain their physical independence for many more years.

    However, to achieve an optimal state of physical conditioning, it is not essential to exercise regularly since childhood, there are countless sports activities and exercise techniques that can be incorporated into the daily routine at any stage of life, allowing not only the fortification of the body, but also the increase of the integral well-being of the Being, becoming more and more common the creation of sports spaces in the communities in which the elderly are incorporated, helping them to be able to enjoy a healthier old age and happy.
