Sample Apprenticeship Contract

It is understood as Apprenticeship contract to the contract that binds the apprentice with the employer, by its nature, which focuses on the contracted acquire experience and knowledge, its validity is a maximum of 2 years, in this contract, the minimum age to be celebrated by the apprentice is 14 years.

The objective is that the beneficiary (apprentice) of this, acquire information and knowledge according to the business of the contracting company.

The integral parts of this contract are known as "apprentice" and "promoter"

Contract signed on the one hand and with the quality of promoter, the company "Perfiles Mondragón", represented by Mr. Gerardo Mora Rivera who identifies himself with identity card rpe55698, issued by the Ministry of the Interior, and on the other hand Felipe Velazco Romo, who will be referred to hereinafter as "The Apprentice", who identifies himself with identification number prt56321; both parties shall comply with the following clauses:

CLAUSES:

First.- The purpose of this contract is for the "APPRENTICE" to acquire knowledge through comprehensive training, specializing in "Metallurgical Technician", remaining subordinate to Engineer Felipe Hinojosa López, and turning a record to the secretary of public education, which may attach it for a technical title in favor of the "APPRENTICE".

Second.- The practice and training will be carried out in a maximum period of two years that will be exercised continuously.

Third.- The "PROMOTER" will have the following obligations:

Provide all the material, advice and knowledge, so that the "APPRENTICE", achieve their objectives

Report all evaluations and certifications to the corresponding educational authority

Pay a total of 5200 pesos, which will be payable on the first day of each month.

Note: this amount does not correspond to a fixed salary, but to financial support.

Quarter.- "The newbie", is committed to:

1. Arrive on time for the classes and practices assigned to them.
2. Follow the corresponding regulations of the contracting company.
3. Report your achievements to the secretary of public education.

Fifth.-The "PROMOTER" may have absolute supervision of the "APPRENTICE", in everything related to this contract.

Sixth.- The corresponding authority may supervise both "THE APPRENTICE" and "THE PROMOTER", in everything related to this contract.

Seventh.- In the event of a cessation of activities by the company "PROMOTORA", the "APRENDIZ", will suspend its activities and this contract will be suspended, until the activities are resumed.

Eighth.- The termination of this contract will be for the following reasons:

1. By mutual agreement between the parties.
2. Expiration or satisfactory term thereof.
3. By mandate or cancellation of registration by the corresponding authority.
4. Breach by him "APPRENTICE", which must be reported to the corresponding authority.

Ninth.- The validity of this contract will begin on Monday, August 27, 2012 and will end on September 18, 2012.

Signed in Mexico Federal District on August 27, 2012, before a representative of the Ministry of Education public, as well as before a representative of the company "Perfiles Mondragón" S.A de C.V and the practitioner "APPRENTICE".
