    How to Write Goals?

    The objectives are the results that are expected to be achieved when carrying out the various activities that comprise an academic, institutional, business or any other project.

    Write objectives allows you to design and guide work guidelines towards a specific goal and, subsequently, evaluate the success or failure of the project.

    For objectives to be truly useful when planning activities to achieve them, they must be realistic, achievable, precise, quantifiable, and limited in time.

    Some tips to keep in mind when writing objectives are:

    • Begin the statement of each objective with a verb in infinitive that indicates the purpose, that is, that answers the question What do you propose to do? For example: identify, analyze, compare.
    • The objective statement has to answer the question for what?, specify your intention. It can be entered with some purpose connector. For example: for, for the purpose of, with the purpose of.

    1. Basic Spanish course
    • GENERAL OBJECTIVE: Reach a first approach to the oral and written Spanish language, which allows the student to understand and enunciate instructions, conversations and simple descriptions.
    • SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES:
      - Learn to ask for and give information about people, through simple questioning.
      - Incorporate vocabulary related to parts of the house, clothing, physical features, moods, climate, various objects, through interactive activities.
      - Practice the use of verb tenses to talk about actions that are occurring at the moment, applying the situational method.
      - Learn to locate objects and locate them in space, through practical activities.
      - Understand how to make predictions and announcements, through the use of the present and the future.

    • GENERAL OBJECTIVE: Convey the importance of proper behavior on public roads and the fundamentals of road safety from a early age, to prevent accidents and raise awareness about individual responsibility in traffic safe.
    • SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES:
      - Know the traffic signs and their different types, through recreational activities.
      - Provide recommendations for traveling on the street as pedestrians, offering concrete examples.
      - Indicate which are the basic safety implements for a cyclist and the recommendations for using the bicycle on public roads.
      - Indicate the safety regulations for traffic with motorized vehicles, through exchanges with specialists.

    • GENERAL OBJECTIVE: Build a personal brand that combines the characteristics of the person concerned, their professional skills, tastes and everything what constitutes it, to add identity to the products or services it offers and obtain greater opportunities in the field labor.
    • SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES:
      - Know better the characteristics of oneself (interests, values, passions, sources of inspiration), to highlighting strengths, investigating how you are perceived by others or through exploration introspective.
      - Prepare a short text that describes the professional experience, trajectory, academic training, training, hobbies, to complement the aforementioned strengths.
      - Clearly identify the job objective to be achieved, conducting tests and investigating the opportunities offered by the market.
      - Define and approach the audience that is appropriate for the products or services offered, using digital resources.

    • SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES:
      - Know what global warming is and its consequences for life on the planet, through reading scientific publications.
      - Identify the climatic changes associated with the greenhouse effect.
      - Analyze to what extent the use of fossil fuels, deforestation, agricultural exploitation to changes in temperature, droughts or excessive rains, through monitoring and other exams.
      - Propose less aggressive alternatives to the environment for these activities.
    1. Psychological treatment for patients with anxiety
    • GENERAL OBJECTIVE: Reduce anxiety symptoms in patients with generalized disorders.
    • SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES:
      - Teach the patient skills to control the concerns that affect him in his daily life, through sessions of cognitive-behavioral therapy.
      - Gradually contribute to the patient's reincorporation to the activities that he avoids for this reason.
      - Offer alternative relaxation techniques, such as meditation and yoga, so as not to relapse into the disorder.
