      - that is relevant and appropriate for the thesis study area,
      - that there is abundant information or that it is easy to obtain it,
      - that it is not too comprehensive an approach: the more specific, the easier it will be to tackle.
    3. Choose a tutor. For the completion of a degree thesis, universities usually offer members of the faculty to monitor the work of each student. It is important that the professional chosen to correct and make suggestions is an expert in the area of chosen research, that has time to attend the thesis' queries, that is sympathetic and empathetic with its needs.
    4. Put together a work plan. Being methodical and orderly are very valuable qualities for moving forward quickly. The preparation of the thesis implies completing different steps in addition to its writing, such as searching (or producing) information, analyzing and comparing data, consulting the bibliography. It is important to organize a calendar in which the time allocated to each of these tasks and the due dates are set. To be effective, that organization must be reasonable and the proposed goals must be credible.
    5. Prepare for intellectual work. The preparation of a research paper, like any activity that requires reflection and analysis, cannot be taken lightly. Along with organizing a calendar, it is important to be proactive:
      - Avoid procrastination, meeting daily goals.
      - Create a suitable environment for study, which facilitates concentration in reading.
      - In the time allocated to its completion, avoid distractions due to the use of devices.
      - Also seek moments of recreation and leisure that clear the mind.
    6. Produce a precise and straightforward text. A common mistake in writing long papers is that students often include long paragraphs in which they do not truly provide substantive information. Ideally, first do a draft in which the key points are defined and then translate these issues into writing in a concise and objective way.
    7. Organize the information. If a subject is approached on which there is a wide bibliography, it will have to be organized and ranked in order not to overdo the reading of material that exceeds the needs of the work:
      - Select the most resonant authors who have more experience on the subject.
      - To elaborate records that synthesize the topics covered by each author.
      - Discard material that is too imprecise or whose sources do not guarantee credibility.
    8. Begin writing "in the middle". A thesis has an introduction, a development and a conclusion, as well as annexes, appendices and other complementary sections to the body of the text. Although this type of work has an established order, it is not necessary to follow it to the letter when it is being written. In fact, it is not advisable to start with the introduction; It is easier to write the paragraphs that present and delimit the topic when the specific aspects that are detailed in the development have been advanced.
    9. Be concise also in the conclusion. At the end of the writing, it is important to remember that the objective of this part of the work is to confirm that the purpose for which the research was conceived has been fulfilled. The conclusion includes the final reflections, arising from inferences about the information displayed in the development. However, no new data should be incorporated or refer to information that has not been recorded in the development. It is also advisable to avoid "going around the bush" with topics that remain open, outside of the research that was carried out.
    10. Respect the corrections. The preparation of a thesis involves making partial submissions throughout the process, which the tutor will supervise and review to orient the writing towards a purpose that is appropriate to the subject matter and the demands of the University. This implies that in this exchange the thesis receives suggestions to redo, modify or delete fragments of the work. It must be considered that the changes are always in favor of the success of the company and should not frustrate or anger the thesis student, but rather should be considered an inevitable step for the progress of the thesis and an instance of learning in the professional training of the student.
